Stop Two: Zion National Park, Utah
Made it to Zion. It is so breath taking up here. I had no idea a place could be so beautiful. Thanks to my geology professor, Professor Schneeberger, I have a new appreciation of rock formations. Where I am staying is in a lodge right at the foot of a huge rock cliff. It’s insane. I wake up each morning, get ready, and step out into a national park. I could get used to this. It’s really nice to get out of the city from time to time. Right outside to the park is a small tourist town called Springdale. Though everything is overpriced because of all the tourists, the people that live here are so friendly. Sure beats most of the LA peeps and their rudeness. And since I am hanging out with my best bud Raber, who is working in the park, I get treated like a local which means I get the local discount! Haha. Well anyway this place is gorgeous. First time I have ever stayed in a national park and I am glad that Zion was my first national park. This place is awesome. For those of you who are wondering, my next stop is Salt Lake City. I leave tomorrow morning. Here we go!
